On The Grass Music Festival will take place at Fear Farm in Phoenix, Arizona. Fear Farm is located at 2209 North 99th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85037.

April 19 and 20 – gates will open at 12 noon and the festival runs from 1pm until 11pm each day. Arrive early, park on site for $10. Follow signs to box office and main entrance.
Box Office is located at the southeast side of the event site and will be open from 11am until 9:30pm on both days, April 19th and 20th.
Fear Farm is located at 2209 North 99th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85037 If you are traveling from the I-10 Freeway (East Or West), exit 99th Avenue (Exit #133A) and go North and On The Grass will be on your right side just past McDowell Road. If you are traveling South on the Loop 101 Freeway, exit Thomas Ave. Go West to 99th Avenue and South on 99th Avenue ¼ mile to the entrance. Parking is available for $10 (cash only) for all vehicles (autos, trucks, vans, motorcycles and ADA placard vehicles). Follow signs to parking areas.
There is no re-entry once you enter the festival. Special circumstances always arise and we will make every effort to accommodate a situation that requires you to leave the event. Please contact a security supervisor at the front entrance for assistance.
On The Grass Music Festival is an all-ages festival. However, we do not recommend that children under the age of 12 attend without parental supervision. All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket.

Only purchase tickets from our festival site. There are no guarantees when buying from third party sites like Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, or any ticket broker site that your tickets are valid / real.
Many tickets purchased from third parties are either already used or are counterfeits. Also, in the event of a festival cancellation, your tickets will only be refunded when purchased through our festival site.
Make sure to bring your wristband in advance (if one was mailed to you – follow the instructions on the insert) OR have your ticket confirmation printed out or pulled up on your phone. Proceed directly to the main entrance. If you are a VIP or Platinum VIP proceed to the box office to pick up credentials. Also, bring your state issued I.D. in case of any issues with your ticket order or if you are planning on consuming alcohol at the festival.
Safety is very important for any event. We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment at On The Grass Music Festival. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search prior to entry – including but not limited to full body pat-downs, metal detector wands, and bag searches.
There is designated ADA placard parking on site for $10. These spaces are adjacent to the box office and main entrance. Once there, our customer service team at the main entrance will assist you in directions to the ADA viewing area.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, On The Grass Music Festival will be a CASH ONLY event for food, beverage, alcohol, merchandise, and various vendor items. ATM’s will be located throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees.
Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent by the main entrance, or look for a paramedic, police officer, or security guard for assistance.
Please identify yourself to security when entering the venue. Security will contact the medical team on site and they will assist to store your medications and provide a secure area for it. All medical prescriptions must match a valid ID.

Medical related items (food included) may be brought in if accompanied by a proper doctor’s note and / or prescription detailing the necessity of the item onsite.

Medical marijuana usage is restricted by law to be consumed / used only at an individual’s residence. It is not permitted on festival grounds in any form.
Safety is very important for any event. We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment at On The Grass Music Festival. On-site security and safety personnel will be provided by the City Of Phoenix Police Department, Med Solutions EMT along with a private security company.
There will be a Lost & Found station located at the merchandise tent near the main entrance.
All Lost & Found items will be moved to the Marquee Theatre on Monday after the festival. 
After the event, you can email lostandfound@onthegrassmusicfestival.com to register your lost items. 
Don’t hassle with carrying your things around with you all day. Locker Rentals will be available on site as well as phone charging stations to keep your mobile device powered up.

If you are not a United States citizen and you are planning on traveling to the United States for the festival, find out if you are part of the 38 countries eligible to obtain an ESTA in order to achieve entry into the country without having to obtain a VISA. Typical weather in Arizona during the month of April is beautiful sunny days with temperatures in 90’s and mild nights in the 60s/70s. Check weather conditions prior to arrival and dress appropriately.

We have no control over the weather so please be aware that festival is a RAIN or SHINE event, barring severely inclement weather.

NO Aerosol cans (including deodorant and/or personal hygiene products) NO Baby strollers
NO Balloons, balls, Frisbee, and/or any other projectile
NO Drones
NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia
NO Eye drops
NO Fireworks
NO Gang Attire
NO Glass, cans, cups, or coolers
NO Illegal substances
No Knives, Firearms, pepper spray, or weapons of any kind
NO Large chains, wallet chains, or spiked jewelry
NO Large purses or bags (anything over 12 x 6 x 12 inches)
NO Laser pens / pointers
NO Markers, pens, or spray paint
NO Massagers
NO Motorized vehicles
NO Musical instruments
NO Native American headdresses
NO Open cigarettes, lipstick, chapstick, or tampons
NO Open sunscreen
NO Outside food, beverage, or alcohol
NO Pets (unless fully documented as a service pet)
NO Professional cameras – SLR or detachable lens
NO Stickers or flyers
NO Tents, large umbrellas, or chairs
NO Toy weapons or real weapons or any kind
NO Video or audio recording equipment

OK Small bags, purses, and fanny packs
OK Disposable E-cigs / Nicotine Vaporizer pens, but none with refillable chambers containing visible liquid
OK Empty CamelBak-style water bladder systems
OK Empty water bottles, including reusable and disposable water bottles
OK Flags / Banners or handmade signs (no corporate or company-branded ones)
OK Glasses (sunglasses, reading glasses)
OK Glowing / Illuminated costumes or jewelry
OK Guide dogs for people with disabilities and other service animals with current rabies certification
OK Inflatables (deflated upon entry)
OK Lighters
OK Non-professional cameras (incl. Go Pros)
OK Personal misters
OK Prescription medicine – ALL medical prescriptions must match a valid ID
OK Sealed liquid sunscreen and cosmetic products
OK Sealed cigarette packages, tampons, packs of gum, and chapstick / lip gloss
OK Sunglasses and hats
OK Water (2 per person). Must be 1-liter or smaller. There are water faucets around event site to refill your bottles.
